At Fashiontownie, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience remains positive.
What is our Return Policy?
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
All products bought can be returned within 7 days of delivery, for STORE CREDIT Voucher , So, you can buy products from us for the value of your previous order, but you will not receive cash back.
All returns will be accepted against the original order only once. Return will not be accepted for any previous exchanges.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
How do I return products to FashionTownie?
To Initiate a return ,You can follow the steps below :
Domestic Orders (India):
1. On our website www.fashiontownie.com, Go to Quick links-Return & Exchange Request, Click on Return & Exchange Request,You will get a window there,
2. Enter your Order ID and Email ID, select each of the products you want to return, and confirm.
The product will be picked up from your address within 2-3 business days. Please pack the merchandise with the invoice and the tags intact.
It generally takes 8-10 days for us to receive the product at our warehouse. After a quality check is conducted, we will refund the amount in the form of store credits Voucher within 2-3 business days. You can use these credits to make your next purchase and you can find something else you’ll love.
Your store credit voucher will be valid for 6 months.
How do I use my Store Credit Voucher?
You can redeem your Credit/Voucher money by entering your voucher Code during your next Purchase.
The amount mentioned on the voucher will be deducted from your total Bill,If Your Purchase exceeds the Voucher Value,You will need to Pay the Remaining Balance

We happily offer exchanges on all products which must have their original tags and hygiene stickers, simply make us sure the item is unused,unwashed,and in its original packing,
Please note ,Exchanges are limited to once per order

To initiate an exchange, we first need to receive the item request you wish to exchange. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Cancellations:
Cancellation of your order ,orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse or within 6 hrs of the order placement.
Once the order has been sent for processing, it cannot be cancelled.
For Cancel the order ,Click the “CANCEL” Button in the Order Section
For COD orders,we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.
Prepaid order cancelled before shipping will be refunded on your original payment method .
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us with any questions about specific items.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we’ll refund your amount in the form of Store credit Voucher within 2-3 business days So You can find something else you’ll love.

International Orders:
Returns:
For international customers, you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Return shipping costs will be borne by you.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a store credit in the form of a unique coupon code, which can be used for future purchases and valid for 6 months.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, we will dispatch the replacement product at our cost once we receive the returned item.

Terms and Conditions:
Returns and exchanges for international orders will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
